OK.... you old timers know me...So right to the point!  My weight loss has stalled...should I fast for a couple days, meaning eat fruits/veg VERY lightly and no big meal?  My hope is to kick start the weight loss again.  I pretty much have been eating only one big meal a day and eating fruit.  I have not lost any more weight and have not gained any, either.  Stuck at 135!

was 153 now 135.....I want to be low 120's!

I feel your pain, I am hoping that my baby weight can be shed (after baby is born of course). Its going to drive me nuts if I can get my thighs to slim down, its hard enough to find pants that actually fit!!  Roll Eyes

how tall are you? your body may naturally level out at 135lbs. mine naturally levels out around 125lbs, but I am 5ft 1inches tall. I am a shortie  Tongue

I am going to try to work out more! How is your pregnancy going? Are you about 7 months now?

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
