Hello all

i first read an article on a UK newspaper about this caveman diet ive never dieted ever i do, exercise regularly or where i dont i walk for an hour a day day one is tuff but im sure il get through it.  just wanted to know is it ok to eat vegetables as well as fruit or is just fruit best ?

Depends on how much weight you want to lose really....... fruit contains more fruit sugar, so more veggies is best for more weight gain. However If you're like me and already the right weight and just want to feel healthier, then eat whichever you prefer.

hi nicki

thanks for the advice really appreciate it, im lets say on the big side, few years ago i used to weight train alot but now have stopped im quite big framed n just need to loose say about 3 - 4 stones, im currently about 15 stones.

bought my self lots of fruit n veg so il just pick n choose

Cheesy

2nd day and i can tell a difference already

Could somebody help me out last night after my meal i felt sick early morning ive had really bad diarrhea and vomiting is this normal and can i take anything to stop it,  someone help me plz Cry

There are a lot of bugs going around, it could easily be that rather than  the change in your food.

I would recommend lots of water, and soup if you feel up to eating, or maybe scrambled egg.... that's what i have when i've been sick.

If you get worse though you should see your GP just to be on the safe side.

Yea I think your right probably had somethign bad I feel a lot better now, still stuck to the diet few fruit n only water throughout the day you've been great help ,your a star xx

oh no ive had cake i feel so guilty (me aunts 60th cake)

and got a sugar rush 1st week over on stage one
