Eat only when you're truly hungry, and then only to the point of feeling "satisfied," rather than "full."  You'd be surprised at how satisfying an occassional small handful of nuts and berries can be.

Hi tony cheers, day 1 went really well, weighed in in the morning 281lbs, had a pint of water and drove to work for 6am start, I had a banana strawberries blueberries and rasberries and a good handfull of uncracked hazelnut, wallnuts and almonds through my 12 hour shift plus 2liters of water, went straight to boxing felt good, had more water then got home around 8pm had chicken in a tomato sause with a huge pile of peas carrots and green beans, I did have a Pepsi max to wash it down though I felt I wanted a diffrent taste to water, but got up this morning feeling good had a weigh in and lost 3lbs, really happy with that, but only going to weigh once a week from now on though, and il keep you all updated, cheers it's a cracking forum and reading other people stories keeps you going, thanks again,

Shut me up?
