hello everyone, im new to this and i just wanted to get some advice...
i have a fairly poor diet yet i just started excercising at the gym 2times a week

im 5"7 and weight 99kg (and yes, i know that is NOT a good thing  Cry ) and i want to get down to atlease  74kg...

i just wanted to get advice as how to properly combine this diet and excersise or if there are any other things that i could do in order to ditch the weight and release my inner caveman

thats a reasonable goal Smiley

I find that simply cutting grains from the diet speeds up weight loss a great deal. as well as eating plenty of meat and vegetables! studies have shown that protein can keep you fuller longer than carbohydrates. although some carbs are good carbs, this lifestyle isnt low carb, it is low grain/legumes/dairy/junk.

i had posted a thread about it but try having one meal a day with fish as the protein source. Its been helping me so far  Smiley

best of luck to you!! and welcome!

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
