Hello everyone. I'm new here, looking forward to trying this Caveman diet. It has all the things I love already, so hoping it won't be hard.

I already graze most of the day, but have a few modificatiosn to do to follow this diet strictly.  Grin

Being 42, 6'1" 215 lbs and in pretty good shape, I only want to lose about 15-20 lbs to get my bodyfat % down..but I also workout everyday, so I will modify my workout to be more fat burning rather than muscle building.

So, let it begin and looking forward to having fun.  Cheesy Smiley

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
