Can I graze after feast? I usually eat my feast at around 8. But then I dont go to bed until around 3am so i get hungry, can i graze after?

You can have your feast at any time of the day, so for example if you feasted at midday, you would be grazing afterwards...... I would just have a general look at the amount you're grazing on, and if it's not too much then a bit more after your feast wont harm...... or you could even feast later ( or go to bed earlier....... 3am seems very late!!)

Yeah it is very late. But It's summer and I'm a student going into my first year of college so i dont really have anything to do.
