Hey!
I am on stage 2 and it dictates i dont eat anything all day until the feast at night. But since i am giving blood tomorrow i was thinking of not following the rules only tomorrow. So i am going to eat breakfast and then lunch proberbly and maybe something at night or i will be verry tired from the procedure for a couple of days.

Anyways what my question is. Do you guys know of any good breakfast recepies i could use. Before i started this diet my breakfast was anything but paleo friendly. I am kinda lost on what to eat.

P.S I dont eat pork so bacon is out of the question.

Thank you so much

That is what i did  Grin I made a very yummy omelet with some sausage and peppers. Spiced it up with some curry. Didn't think it was going to taste that good with the curry but it sure did  Cheesy

Feeling a little heavy after the blood giving so ill be eating soon again. Kinda makes me feel bad that i have to take this short pause in the diet. But tomorrow i will be back on track  Smiley

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
