Hi all I have been doing this diet for 4days and so far have found it ok to manage. That was until this morning when I tried to do a 10 mile run and after the 3mile mark I didn't have the normal energy to run and after the 3 miles I had to run/walk to the end of the 10 miles Sad I have completed 3 marathons over the last 2 years so far so I am used to running. I really want to manage this diet but I really need to be able exercise properly too....... PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND HOW TO WORK THE DIET WITH ENDURANCE EXERCISE Smiley

If you're grazing only during the day, it might not be enough for heavy exercise. Try taking on something just before such as a banana or piece of cooked chicken breast or boiled egg...... Find something that suits you.... And plenty of water of course !

Well I went out for my run this evening and had some chicken about 3 hours before the run. Run was great I managed to complete all 10 miles without stopping and felt great still at the end.... Thanks for the tip it works :-)

Low fat protein such as peanut butter, trim beef, chicken or fish, or boiled egg, Milk like milk products, natural yogurt and low-fat parmesan cheesse, such as bungalow and natural parmesan cheesse, We should join any kind of training on regularly basis like running, running, diving, yoga exercises, gym etc.....

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
