Had a couple of tough days the pizza won out ended the week still at 210 but when I took my measurements I was down another 5 inches all inclusive  most noticeable in my hips and arms and neck. Wish it show in my waist. So I need to be patient. Will have another day in the yard gardening.

Great job it takes a while to put on so be patient now that you are taking it off. I will be ending week three on Tuesday and feel like I am starting to shrink inch wise pretty rapidly so keep up the good work.

Well last week was easy yet difficult.  I would start off strong but by the end of the day I was famished and started to eat even after my feast.  Well at least that crazy work schedule is finished.
I started off okay this morning. But have found myself stress eating...  I am not used to staying at home and need to take care of my mom for the next two months.    I have to stay positive. I really won't to get focused again. The same as I was the first week.  I felt so good when I got started.  I feel like I am all toxic again and have to go back to square one... :'(

Well I am disappointed in my self because I give in to temptation so easily. I am back to my stress eating and can just kick myself.   I really want to make this work but have to get my head in the game and it is not.  My taste buds say give me the junk food my head says no don't do it but my willpower has gone on vacation!

I am not going to wait till tomorrow but start now. I did have my water this morning but followed it with a big hot bowl of steel cut oatmeal cooked in canned milk.  Okay I will get past that and move on.

Sunday I weighed in at  214.5 lbs
Monday I weighed in at 213.5 lbs
Did not check today.

Power on

Hey willbehealthy,
Don't worry about the past, you are doing great!!  Every day is a new day, I have had a few tough day, a lot in the past few weeks.  I am stressing over buying a house and my nerves are getting the best of me.  But it is okay, every morning I get up with the same goal.  I want to lose a total of 160 pounds, I have lost 39 pounds so I have 121 more pounds to go!!!  Good Luck!!

Well I really had to get my head in the right place again.  I got on the scale and last all the progress I made last month and then some.
Scorpio thanks for the words of encouragement.  I needed that!

So hello. All I am just starting the program. My starting weight is 216 lbs. I want to set a goal but I will be realistic... I have 96 lbs to loose.  Yes I want it off now but it took time to gain it and it will take time to take it off.
I would like to drop 25 lbs by mid August but that is not realistic.  I will take what I can get!    I will keep reading your posts to keep me motivated.

I'm right there with you. Starting tomorrow and ready for the challenge
Keep up the good work- and remember that you are in control- don't let food control you.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
