I have been on this site for a few weeks now and things are going really well for me personally, loosing weight and feeling great!   However, I have noticed that the same questions are regularly asked on similar topics (I myself have been guilty of this when i first joined as I was educating myself in the do's and don'ts of this process).

Would it not make sense to have a frequently asked questions or advice section on this site for any new comers and the curious as a lot of the chatter is repetitive?   This may be one for the vote forum?   The repetitive chatter is not a criticism by the way but a devoted section to such questions should encourage more enlightenting chatter and different topics that would benefit all.

Also, it would appear a lot of people who start this process and join the site don't stay very long.  Is this because they have been unable to stick with the diet or because the forum chatter is maybe not diverse or topical enough?

I for one visit the site daily and take encouragement and advice from a lot of what is said on here, particularly from the the older hands and it would be a shame if other people could not learn from them too...... thats if they stayed around long enough!

Just a thought?

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
