Hi everyone,

Had a bit of a blow out today  Sad I started stage 2 two days ago and was doing really well until today. For some reason today I was absolutely starving, even 3Ltrs of water couldn't curb my hunger - it is so weird. Sooooooo I ate today, tried to keep it at nuts first but ended up having a couple of weight watcher fruit parcels (biscuits) and a smocked chicken leg as well  Sad I started feeling really light headed and faint so I had to eat and that was all we had at work (that I was actually allowed to eat). But I'm confident that I will be able to move on from this discrepancy and keep going as I have - I'm definitely going to make sure I have some healthier food with me from now on lol.

Cheers Jess84

Just make sure there's always SOMETHING ok to eat in the fridge ......and if you don't buy it, you can't eat it, so don't be tempted at the supermarket.

Well I think I made up for my discrepancy yesterday - eating at lunch meant I wasn't hungry for dinner so I didn't eat, don't feel too bad for it either lol

I didn't do Stage 2 at all. I got far too dizzy etc. It was really unpleasant. So I'm basically sticking to Stage 1 as a lifestyle, except that my dinnertime pig out is the right food and not in excessive quantities. It's working for me (and I still have wine, coffee  and the occasional treat). The weight is dropping off now rapidly. So I say modify it to suit your needs.

If you eating only paleo foods sounds more like stage 3. You scared me when you said you were sticking to stage 1  Shocked

But sure, some people have trouble fasting. Especially if your use to eating a high carb diet. I bet if you ate Paleo for a couple months then tried fasting it would be a lot easier.

Sorry about that, yeah it's more Stage 3. You're probably right re fasting. Maybe it was just too soon for me,
