Hello and welcome to you both  Smiley

It's good you've read through old posts, because there's a ton of information on here. Feel free to ask anything if you get stuck. ... Just drink plenty of water, and don't fret if if you get a headache it's fairly common !

thx nicki! im sure ill have a ton of questions when we start middle of next week, and im sure ill get headaches i always get headaches expecially since i dont drink enough water but thats changing also,  Grin im very happy i found this site ive always thought why dont people just eat caveman food it worked for them back in the day and our bodys arnt that different to them, i think the hardest part will be sticking to a budget since were both uni students and were flat broke and having pasta and rice ect really makes the meals cheaper for us since we can spread the meat and vegies out and bulk up the meals, it will work im not going to let it fail!! bring on the next pay!! so can not wait lol

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
