hi guys, ok 1st week in, ive not noticed much weightloss if any, but ive started feeling better already.. My asthma seems to have clamed down a bit, my blood pressure is starting to decrease and i dont feel so lethargic. i actually missed that feeling of being hungry.. ive been grasing on fruit like pears and apples, and nuts, i think next week, i will cut down on the nuts, and i think some light excercise is in order at the gym. also ive cut out all tea and coffee, and am on green tea with a sqeeze of lemon juice. took a day or to to get used to, but now a cup of normal tea tastes dirty....lol.....I do feel the 1st couple of weeks are more to get your body back into a healthier routine rather than pure weightloss. so all in all feeling good, its not as hard either, i kinda feel like my body is clicking back into place if that makes any sense.

If ive had no weightloss in the 5 days am i doing something wrong, or is this normal - admittidly ive done no excercise this week

I'm on my second week and I've noticed that I've not had to use my inhaler once since starting the diet.  For me that's amazing (I was needing it 4-5 times per week).

I did have weight loss right away (I've lost about 9 lbs in two weeks), but probably because my body fat ratio was/is too high.

Good luck - you're a tougher dude than I am - I'm still permitting myself black coffee in the morning.

i had a cup of tea yesterday and it tasted like dirt, lol.... dunno about tougher lol... im still eating the "junk" food for dinner as the guide says for the 1st 2 weeks, maybe i should start cutting the dinners out of the russbish food see if that helps, but right now im more concerned about getting my body back in balance, but would be nice to shed a few punds early on, aids the motivation, :0)

I'm finding out now all what the first 2 weeks are all about. I've had a Chinese takeaway for dinner tonight. I feel bloated, sick and quite ill. I never thought I would hear myself say I didn't enjoy Chinese take out. But now I don't. Roll on tomorrow when I can start again and get this rubbish out my system.
