Tomorrow I am starting on Caveman diet but as I was going through the website I stumbled upon the foods that should avoided. The grains, dairy, and all those foods, does that include to try and avoid them for the feast of the day meal as well??? If anyone could please answer I would be forever grateful  Smiley

Hello Linda,

I have started today in phase one and the way i have read it is that you can basically have what you want in the evening as long as it is all in one sitting, so cheese, pasta etc is ok. I think the idea is to get you to realise these foods are not the best and to get you back into eating more natural foods.

I am at work in an office today, have some walnuts/almonds and blackberries to tide me over until dinner tonight, where I plan to eat all the bad foods for phase one so there is no temptation when i start phase 2.

I have masses to lose, and I hope to see some results quickly,

wish you the best of luck Linda

Nikko is correct.  If you are following the "stages" way of doing this, you can eat whatever you'd like for your daily feast during Stage One.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
