Hi everyone,

I have just joined the forum today and I'm planning to start stage 1 tomorrow. I am a little nervous about starting as I'm a big eater, I really love my food! This doesn't matter that much as Im a healthy weight (12 stone/5" 10') and I do alot of cardio. The thing is I really hate headaches lol and there are alot of posts from others complaining about them, does everyone get headaches from doing this?

P.S. Any advice is welcome!

Yes a lot of people get headaches, but if you stick to the diet and don't cheat you shouldn't get more than one or two at the begining. You can take a basic headache tablet if it gets really bad. Drink plenty of water, and get plenty of fresh air.

Do a bit of planning before you go shopping, and take a list, that way you can get a variety of foods, and not forget anything.

Good luck and welcome :0)

Stage 1 day 1!

I was presently suprised during the course of the day, i wasnt hungry until i finished work and got home.
No headaches as of yet and im not feeling light headed. The nuts and fruit was enough to satisfy me throughtout the day and for my feast i endulged into a meat feast pizza and chips, it sort of felt like i ruined the days hard work of grazing.
Finally, i had a huge craving for a cappuccino around lunch time! but i didnt give in lol

I hope that everyone on stage 1 is going strong

Stage one Day two for me today.

I was the same as ozzy6271 yesterday. I was really surprised that I wasn't hungry at all! It must have been all that water filling me up!
I decided to feast on weetabix, haha! As I miss having it for breakfast.
I swear I can feel the effects already, feeling healthier mainly.
Kind of wishing I had come across this at the start of the summer holidays because waiting to go back to college has been a drag, with being out of work and all!

Keep up the good work guys!

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
