It really is going to depend on a person metabolism. I myself seem to have a great one I can easily loose several pounds over a few days from just cutting back on food but I soon pile it back on when I endulge. That's kinda why I choice this diet in a hope my urge to endulge in crap dissapears.
I have no taste for junkfood at all, so indulging myself in "crap" doesnt happen.... however I usually end up indulging in other things... watermelon especially haha I am a sucker for it. :p indulging is a good thing as long as you indulge in the right stuff!
mona- I tend to burn calories really fast, and they say that the more muscle you have the more calories you burn just by sitting. I personally have experienced that, my advice would to be increase weight bearing activities to get the most out of your experience
