I am also starting this life change on Monday. I have a few friends who have had amazing success eating this way. Not just weight loss but no more fatigue, feeling sick, etc. Along with this i hope to start working out. That is my goal, to become healthier. Not so much to lose weight but to get in shape, feel more fit and really get in touch with my body and how i provide it with energy. So here goes!

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
