Still on the plan really I have been feeling great. Day 5- I went on a pizza binge 4 slices I could not help myself. The garlic was intoxicating. As soon as I finished I regretted it up all night with heartburn until 4 am
The next morning I was up 2.5 lbs. Day 6 back on track (Thursday) i even refused pizza and a bready dessert but forgot to drink all my water. This morning, weighed in and down the 2.5 so back at 210 and down 5.5 not bad for the first 7 days
I am looking forward to week two. I think I need to rethink my portion size for feast I tend to have salmon the size of my palm. Then I have a cup full (guesstimating) of cooked beet greens or okra then I eat a whole cooked beet (love my beets) and a handful of baby Romain salad 1/2 an avocado spritzed with balsamic vinegar. When done eating I feel full but not uncomfortable. I held off eating until 9 pm last night when I got home at 12:15 am I was hungry but downed 18 oz of water instead
Breakfast I take a little bit of different fruits flax seeds and chia seeds and blend up a smoothly I keep it interesting by alternating with a small amount of pine nuts or mixed nuts (unsalted and peanut free) or a slice of cooked bacon.
Tonight is domino night. Lots of unhealthy snacks. That may be my feast with a ton of ice tea. Fingers crossed I break even tomorrow. I will think positive.
