I went out last night for a friends birthday meal. We went to an Indian Restaurant!  Shocked

I love Indian food and I still enjoyed what I ordered but while all the ladies around me were ordering Mains, side order, Rice and Naan breads I stuck with the plan and ordered King Prawn Tikka to start and Tandoori Chicken with a Vegetable curry for mains. I skipped the popadums and the icecream dessert.

We all had a wonderful night but by the time we left all the other ladies around me were tugging at thier clothes and puffing out thier cheeks while I was completely comfortably full.  Grin

The best bit is that normally after a meal like that, I would be inexplicably famished the next day but this morning I don't even really feel hungry. I had a fruit smoothie at about 11:30 when I felt peckish and that seems to have satisfied me nicely.

I ask for a coconut milk and ground almond sauce...... most good indian restaurants will take a special request Smiley

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
