I started this plan on saturday and I have been feeling great! I've lost aldreay 5 pounds and I already do not desire to eat processed foods, burgers, pizza all that stuff. This is amazing.

I read your intention and goal...I am a retired Army Ranger (US) and have been on the caveman diet for two years now and living great.
My starting weight was 205 lbs....now I'm holding at 155. Good job so far, keep moving forward and don't look back.

Wow! That is some great stuff here - good luck guys. I am loving it also - still on Stage 1, ready for Stage 2.

That is awesome that you were at 205 and are now holding at 155 - how long did it take you to do that?

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
