I like you style  Wink For me it's Guns n Roses, Metallica, Alter Bridge, sometimes The Who or Hendrix. Anything with a good beat you can get in time to.

My workouts have gone to another level by: taking Slayer, Tool, Deftones, and others and mixing them in Garageband. Unbelievable... loop solos, extend your favorite heavy riffs, just gives me chicken skin thinkin' about it.  I have a 37 minute track that begins with some slow melodic Tool which builds up to a seamless crossover to some very heavy mind melting Slayer, then into a couple very hard grooving Deftones and QOTSA songs. Perfect warm up, kick ass workout, then cool down mix. Highly recommend developing some mixing skills via Garageband or other such program, and build that epic masterpiece that blends all your fav hard driving workout songs.

I'm used to being the odd man out so here goes:  I ONLY listen to Classical (long-haired) music, mostly Baroque.  Not a mystery because I play a Baroque viola and a consort bass viola da gamba.  Both poorly at the moment but I'm learning.  I grew up in a musical family (Classical also) and spent many a Saturday afternoon listening to the opera on an old Crosley radio with a mica dial.  Old hat, but my choice.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
