Hi guys, can anyone help please, I am reading mixed reports about how many eggs are 'good' to eat in a day/week. This has led me to re-think my breakfasts as I regularly (daily) have 2-3 egg omlette with spinach, mushrooms and salmon or couple times a week bacon in it,with grilled peppers/tomatoes and cucumber on the side or left over roasted veg from previous nights dinner.  I am now concerned that this is not such a good thing to be doing and am stuck in a bit of a rut with ideas for breakfast, can anyone give me some advice and suggestions for a variety of breakfasts please?

Look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks.

p.s. keep up the great work you 'old timers' do in supporting us newer ones, it really really helps and can't say how much it's appreciated.

I don't think eggs are bad for us. I have them for breakfast when I eat breakfast, Sometimes I eat breakfast on weekends.

I think someone could eat a couple eggs a day with no problems thou. Use butter to cook them. Yum,

Depends what kind of Paleo/Primal diet you follow...

...I follow some aspects of Matt's and some of Mark's.

I enjoy greek yogurt too. Being off sugar a good yogurt tastes like ice cream to me now, Yum. Paleo this would be a cheat but not on Primal...

I have 3 eggs everyday for breakfast, fried in coconut oil. Only seasoning I use is pepper (I love the natural taste of egg)  however I have used salsa at times that I crave something spicy.

If I don't have my eggs I get very cranky hahaha They have been my replacement for morning coffee so I am very fierce about my eggs.  Tongue
