I am a new vegetarian.  Am not able to digest meats very well and am now looking to reduce my carb and sugar intake.  I have not yet learned however, the vitamin content of most common fruits & veggies.  Am worried about getting too unbalanced in nutrition.  Can anyone suggest where to go to find info on a properly balanced, vegetarian diet?

the best way is to consult a nutrition in an hospital. he will guide you according to your body and need. because if you choose cialis diet plans from internet then they might not suits your body.

A well-balanced, varied, properly planned vegan diet can be adequate in meeting all of your nutritional needs. Those who eat a vegan diet may have a hard time getting enough omega-3 fatty acids, iron, calcium, and vitamin B12. Cool
