Hi Guys

I am just wondering along with all the other wondering things you get from being on this diet does anyone know if it helps reduce anxiety or anxious ppl? Has anyone had any experiences where over time being on this diet whether short or long term there anxiety went away due to a natural diet?
Any feedback would be much appreciated

Cheers Smiley

Well I'm a lot less anxious being off of all the refined sugar and corn syrup I use to eat.

I've been eating Paleo since Feb and if I cheat and eat some cookies I get anxious energy for about an hour then a hard sugar crash.

Oh really? So do you feel like ur mind is clearer as well and what just more calm and relaxed?

Its good to hear if it helps things like that. Altho not surprising because it comes back to you are what you eat. Eat healthy and my guess is you will feel mentally and physically healthy ay.

I have noticed a similar reaction.  When I have my cheat day, weather it is pizza or a burger I end up crashing, feeling bloated, and generally uncomfortable.  I'm trying to cut my cheat days down to avoid these reactions.
