HI

After researching this lifestyle, I was very excited to begin- On Monday I started very low carb diet- less than 50 a day. Is this okay or should I follow all the phases for maximum results?

Thanks

This lifestyle isn't low carb, it's "different" carb....... instead of bread, pasta, biscuits, cakes, you change to vegetables and fruit....... really try not to count anything like grams of carbs or calories, it's just so TEDIOUS ( and cavemen wouldn't have done it eh??!!!)

Just eat all the right foods, and move plenty, and you'll be just fine Smiley
