 To me Christianity is where it is at, that is my philosophy. The Paleo diet is exactly that a diet. I am not a caveman { although my wife would say different} nor do I pretend to be unless I am in my garage tinkering with my mt. bike. Religion was shoved down my throat at an early age, turning me away from it. Now as an adult I have picked up the christian  life and fully live according to the Bible and Jesus Christ to the best of my ability. My lifestyle change is to get away from the Standard American Diet, when I was doing the Paleo Diet for a period of time It worked great. I embrace both sides of the table, There are 2 things I am sure of, One this way of eating works and Two, We did not evolve from monkeys.

Quite correct, Monkeys took a separate evolutionary branch whilst the Great Apes and Humans took a different evolutionary route - however, we all had a common ancestor.

So, you definitely believe this diet is how we should eat?  Without grains and such?  Proof of this diet as human's "natural" diet would suggest that we were eating different foods long before Biblical times, correct?  With written "documentation" of Jesus, God's (all-knowing?) son, consuming grains, did he either not know it was not a correct diet or did he just ignore this fact and eat unhealthy foods?  And even if he was not all knowing (and obviously neither was anyone else) why did God not send a message that the farming, processing, and consumption of the crops was not healthy or natural?

And I mean no disrespect, I am very tolerant of religion and am in no way against it.  I just have questions.

I believe the garden of eden story is a fond look back at our Paleo/Primal days.

Once we started living in cities and kings found out they could feed the people bread they could put them to work carving and stacking stones for their own glory, not Gods. Without the need to hunt every day people could specialize and be paid for their work and buy food.

But after we left there seemed to be no going back to the "garden", but with a Paleo lifestyle we can at least emulate the way we were designed to live.

With the population of the earth now there's no way if everyone went primal we could feed everyone. So be thankful there's so many misguided Vegans and Vegetarians out there. More beef for us

You could say when one animal starts dying out another may take its place, us humans would be replacing the beef.  So where would our new source of meat come from...

Kidding, but I see your point even though my response didn't reflect so.
