This question of grazing has been on my mind since the beginning. My weight/health issues are probably from grazing... the wrong foods, that is. I heard about this lifestyle and then jumped in having seen the results on someone I know personally. I've been reading every day on this site. I've drastically changed the way I eat already. Today was day four and I felt the need to eat very little throughout the day. In the morning I downed about 8-10 oz of water. I waited until I felt hungry and then I'd drink more water and waited longer before I ate. I've been taking a bite of banana, hand full of assorted unsalted nuts and a quarter apple. I only had that three times today. And I had some beef jerky. This morning co-worker gave me a huge piece of Rice Crispy treat with Oreo and I let it sit on my desk all day where I could see it, then took it home and gave it to my wife. (Yes, I wanted to eat it!) I've come to admit that I'm a food junky alright. Sugar, salt, grease, pasta, breads, ice cream, and cheeses they all call to me. I'd usually be eating right now, and am not.
