Hey all just started today  Cheesy

I used to eat far too much during the day Roll Eyes
But have done really well today I stuck to it and i dont feel hungry at all and i only managed half my dinner at Feast time Shocked

I feel better already and I managed a 10 mile bike ride today

Great, first couple of days are the toughest.

You might try some sugar free gum along the way. Helped me from snacking a lot. When you get in the groove you can cut back or give up the gum completely.

So its been a week now and things have gone very well Smiley
I feel 100% better already and not even getting hungry but plan to stay on stage 1 for another 2 weeks!
