Hey everyone,
I'm going to be writing in here a bit more than what I usually did, mainly because my support team for caveman living is non-existent around me.. tried to get other people to do this with me and no one wants to say goodbye to eating McDonalds
I thought it would be interesting to have someone elses thoughts about falling off the wagon and getting back on. I'm only into day 2 and I'm finding it a lot easier to graze during the day. I have my glass of water and a hard boiled egg when I get to work and I'm still feeling satisfied half way through the day. I don't seem to find myself craving for sugar (yet lol). Has anyone else noticed it is easier the second time around?
Also, like another post mentioned, I get sick of eating nuts pretty quickly and unfortunately I find raw nuts taste mouldy. So I bought some dry-roasted nuts and they taste better.
