Hi everyone,

I officially started my diet yesterday and feel great already - I had a love for breads and pastas ( comes from my Italian side) but unfortunately they don't like me - especially my waistline lol.  Really I got sick last week with the flu, was the worst flu I've had in a very long time (put me out of work for the entire week) but it did abolish my appetite so this week I was pretty well following the caveman diet without even knowing it - only 1-2 pieces of fruit during the day ( maybe a small amount of yogurt to get the good bacteria back in my stomach after heavy duty antibiotics) and only if I felt hungry followed by meat and salad for dinner. it wasn't until Wednesday night that I saw ACA and decided to give the diet a go. Then when I researched the Diet on Thursday I realised I had been pretty well following it for the last week - I'm now just more strict on Dairy products and kind of realised Pork (which I used to eat a lot of) doesn't like me all that much either. I also weighed myself this morning and have lost 3kg's already - cant weight to start phase 2 I can just tell the Kg's will melt off If i don't eat anything for an entire day lol.

I am so grateful I found this diet and am for the first time in a long time excited about eating and living my life to the fullest  Cheesy

Hi Jess I'm feeling you (also Italian background) Its only day 2 of phase 1.  I hate admitting I am on a eating program to my partners Italian family... They can be so fussy over foods as it is... then complain about eating too much ect. ect.

congrats on the 3 kilos  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
