Ok have read and re-read everything about this diet and it made perfect sense. So I have started today. Just snaking on nuts and veggies (small portions of course) feeling surprising good. Really thought I'd be starving by now. Though I am looking forward to my "big" meal tonight. I'm very interested to see how my body will respond after it comes through the shock

. I'm looking to lose about 7 to 10 kgs.
Will be charting my journey through here, I need the support and feel this makes me feel a little accountable. In addition, want to help others too. To throw in the mix I'm extremely busy with kids and work at the moment and I feel this will either work for or against me. Time will tell! I'm not a "diet" person so this will also be interesting!
