hi guys today is  D Day im really looking forward to it and i will be updating my weight progress each week wish me luck... start weight 249 pounds goal weight 190... also quick question do i have to do phase 1 ... and have pretty strong will power so i think i could possibly hack phase 2

The stages as set out by Matt are just one way of going about changing your diet...... you can change things about if you want to...... i started straight in at stage 3, but i didn't have any weight to lose, i just wanted to eat healthily.......so for you starting at stage 2 would be a better idea.
