I have found that doing cross fit not only gets you a full body workout but very intense cardio as well.  If you want to cut fat and build muscle or tone up I would definitely recommend that you try cross fit. 

Cross fit work outs are typically short length because you are doing the exercises for time.  You will get a full body work out.  After every cross fit work out that I do I feel awesome.  My body completely feels like the entire thing has been used.  Yesterday I did a cross fit workout, today I am sore from my calves all the way up through my traps.
