I believe it's like any muscle and in order for it to strengthen and develop you should allow one full day between workouts.  The fat loss will come from your diet.  Good luck

Depends on what you're doing and how you're fueling.  Everyone's mileage will vary.

Your body will let you know if you need to rest.

I agree that your body should let you know when to rest.  Most people dont do heavy body building exercises for their core, and they are the most used muscles in your body in my opinion, so they are the most durable.  So I think that they can be worked as often as one chooses.

But personally...
I hate running and I hate core isolated movements because they are tedious and take lots of reps, so all my core work is within my other work.  I dont think that people work their forearms and core enough.   So I basically do core work as often as I do any other work, about every other day

Core work can and should be incorporated with all exercise in the form of good posture and correst form. I read somewhere that in a properly funtioning human body all movement originates and draws strength from the core first. I guess my point is if you practice good form when working out and good posture in your daily life then core work comes naturally.

The bicycle exercise is great beacaue it works your whole core not just your abdomen. Also it will assist in strengthening the ever important hip flexors.

Exercise is a very important aspect for healthy life. Important thing is,you should  do some exercises regularly and the best exercises will contain a cardiology aspect. Better you can do aerobic exercises and it mainly help to increase cardiology health. Walking, swimming, running and jumping you can do without joined a gym.
