neither are paleo-friendly but I know quite are few of us who drink coffee still. Just be sure to limit it to a reasonable amount, like 1 cup a day.
Creamer is definitely a no since it is a dairy product. I have known some paleo dieters to use heavy cream if they do dairy but it is a rare occasion for the strict dieter.

What about the powdered "non-fat" creamers?

I will say that this was one of my concerns at first, however, the further I got into phase 1, I weened myself off the amount of coffee I had and creamer. Eventually, I could make it through the days without it and it feels great!

Just stick with the phases and it won't be an issue! I did have to drink coffee in the beginning though. I went to espresso/coffee and almond milk or soy if you are going to a coffee place. However - eventually I didn't need that coffee fix! Smiley

Thought that may help those coffee addicts.

Just depends how strict you want to be.

There's cheats and there's CHEATS. A little coffee and cream does not equal a supreme pizza. A small piece of dark chocolate does not equal a plate of lasagna.

I have a cup of coffee in the morning then have a couple cups of green tea during the day.
