would this help me in anyway in the ring like thinking clearer. cause at the moment with my boxing I get heated up and frustrated and forget everything I have learnt is this normal if so is there anyway to help me think more clearly.

I fould that after giving up carbs my fuzzy head cleared...... it's certainly worth trying.

Bad days will happen and so will alcohol.. don't carry the guilt, just make better decisions next time. I haven't given up alcohol, still have it now and then at meals. What stage are you on?
