So I've been at this for just under two weeks now, and I'm already into the third stage, and Loving It!
But I've one, well.. two, problems. Everything I'm finding on here says no Chocolate or Coffee. And I can completely understand why. Especially with coffee. Even after ditching creamer and sugar, you still have all that caffeine and that dehydrating effect. Chocolate is a bit more understandable, to me at least, in dark form.

Rambling aside. I can't kick the craving for them, though I've gotten rid of the milk and sugar in each.
And the reason I'm confused is every other craving I've ever had for food just fell away once I dove into this.
I have noticed, however, that I don't need nearly as much as I usually take in. Is this really an issue, or am I once again making a mountain out of a mole hill?

Pointers?

McCary: That works for coffee too Been mainlining agua since I started and I've never felt so alive. It's nice. Though I made it a water bottle for every cup I have, on top of my minimum water bottle count. Makes keeping track easier. Thank you!

Lilnicki: I've honestly never had de-caf, though I could give that a whirl. Thank you

I have been doing what McCarry said.. drink plain coffee and have more water.

If you have a chocolate craving - try the Silk Dark Chocolate Almond Milk.. just a glass is refreshing and will curb your craving. My boyfriend *needs* chocolate and that helps him with less consequences. They say throughout the forum not to completely give up something you love - but learn to regulate it and control how much you have it. The biggest thing is to pay attention to what your body is telling you about the foods you are eating.

ie: I used to drink a lot of coffee (4/5 cups a day) and now I am down to 1 or none. You can do it!

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
