So by next week i will have moved into university and be cooking all my own meals and regulating what i eat. Any recipe ideas out there which would be suitable for me as i will be having a low budget and not too much time to be cooking?

Just buy bits and bobs that are paleo, and put them together on a plate. Don't worry if it looks a bit like a "weird" like it doesn't really go. I sometimes have a slice of ham, a  hard boiled egg, a piece of cooked chicken and a few lettuce leaves......it's probably not something you'd order at a restaurant, but it's all good paleo grub........

Casseroles are another good idea..... just chuck in any meat and veg with some stock and simmer gently for 2 hours.

Yes there is a thread on here for menu ideas...... i think it's a bunch of photos that one of our members put on. Lots of different yummy foods to try.

Good luck

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
