Ok, i'm 16 years old, i currently exercise at home, but i was wondering can the caveman power diet be harmful on me?!
since i'm growing up i need the protein for my growth and muscle gain! the idea of eating nothing but fruits the day and a big feast at night sounds bad idea (phase 1)

Cavemen parents always kept their kids on high carb, high fiber diets until they were 18  Grin

Seriously thou, you didn't give any information on what your trying to accomplish.

Are you overweight, underweight and wanting to gain, just trying to eat healthier and maintain your weight Huh
