i went on caveman diet for 2.5 months last yr. and achieved a thrilling result by loosing 10kg, after that i have been off the diet for 5 months now and i have gained back 4 kgs, i was wondering is it good for me to go back to the diet? also my question is really wondering is it good to make this a life diet?

ive been using this diet as a guideline for my eating habits for a little over 2 years now and I feel amazing, I am currently pregnant and my midwife said that it is doing me a world of good so that was a very wonderful thing to keep me motivated.  I stray a little bit here and there but for anyone who diets or chooses to follow a particular foodie lifestyle, giving yourself flexibility is a good way to stay on track. I plan on staying with this diet for many years to come, when my child is born he will also be on this diet. i know many parents who put their kids on this diet (its a lifestyle really) and they do fantastic, some even claim that it has thwarted depression and ADD type behavior in their kids, so thats even more good that comes from it!
