I'm not doing this diet to lose weight ( my BMI is 20)...... but because it's healthy.  Will i lose weight on it anyway because of the low carb aspect??....... or no because i eat a good amount of meat/fat??

Any advice would be great Smiley

My BMI is 23, I do it for the health factor as well.  I was 130lbs when i started the diet and now I'm 125lbs, so I've already lost weight just by being on the diet itself.

I'm struggling with gaining back some of my weight, 130lbs was a comfortable weight for me and I want to gain it back without gaining any fat back. I'm having enough trouble as it is trying to lose my "thunder things" haha. I compensate by doing a bunch of weight lifting, but I'm not sure that thats going to help me gain back my weight.  Undecided

personally I think its the low carb aspect that causes the rapid weight loss, thats the only part of my diet that I have done differently.  I was eating alot of protein before (same as I am now) and I still lost weight just because the cutting out of carbs. I'm sure everyone's body reacts differently to this diet. I lose weight and halt my bowels to a snails pace... you may experience a different outcome Huh

Eat right.  Move right.  Let the numbers take care of themselves.
