So those are the recomended vegetables to eat. Can i cook them or do I need to eat them raw?

Turnip and swede raw would be a bit tough going i'd say!!..... you can cook any and all veggies Smiley

Don't forget, brocolli, spinach, cauliflower, cucumbers, romaine, mushrooms, (all these I eat raw).

and beets, kale, brussel sprouts, Leeks, and Fennel!!

they can all be eaten raw but most people find them a bit unappetizing when eaten that way  Tongue

I put my vegeis into a morning shake, i only eat couliflower and broccoli, but i have in berries and raw eggs and an apple, and some olive oil. I just love the taste, oh and a teaspoon of cocoa powder. lol
