Hi guys/girls... I was wondering if I could combine a gym with some of these exercises? To be more precise, if I was doing at home the "Sneaky Workout", situps (100 or more) through the day.. and at the gym if I were doing upper body workouts, just to get even Smiley
I'd appreciate the help!

I think you can do whatever work out you like. The emphasis is on actually doing something - moving your body, pushing, pulling, resisting, leaping etc etc, with the focus more on primal/natural movement than you would perhaps get using gym equipment. However, any movement is better than no movement, so why not?

I was thinking more like doing 100 situps (or more) at home.. and like 1 hour in the gym. But in the gym I would do more natural thing, like: chinups, pushups, presses... and so. Than maybe do some exercises with weights for the biceps or smth..

Any excercise is good...... do whatever you are comfortable with..... Just be sure to have some protein to hand if you're hungry afterwards....... ( cooked chicken pieces and boiled egg rather than a protein shake!)

I see what you're asking. Even if you're getting in the situps throughout the day, an actual workout is still a good idea. Try varying the situps day-to-day with something like pushups or body weight squats.

Do you mean.. if I were doing for 3 days (100 situps a day), then for 3 days (100 pushups a day) etc. Cause I had that in mind.. but I don't think that will make me more musceled up.. because that is my goal.

Think about it...... do you think cavemen had an excercise plan??.....i don't even think they had a concept of what "100" is !!......... I would do a variety of movements and excercises every day....that way you'll be toning up all over...... don't over think this, and actually there's no right and wrong way to go about it.

I definitely didn't mean to use 100 situps or a 100 pushups as a primary workout. Because you'll never gain muscle (or burn enough fat to see it) that way. 100 situps only burns around 45calories.  If your goal is to be more muscled, resistance training with plenty of cardio on top of the sneaky workout is a great path. Focus on complex movements with heavy weights like deadlift, clean&jerk or bench press.
