Hello! I just wanna say hii since i started this diet yesterday and have a couple of questions.

I started yesterday and suprisingly ive was able to make it trough the day without even getting hungry. I started my day with a glass of water and then ate a handfull of almonds during the day and some apples. Then i feasted on tortillias Cheesy yummy
This morning I did the same thing and my mom saw me doing this and asked why im not eating breakfast.
Am i allowed to eat breakfast? And if so what should i eat? The way i understood the instructions was to graze during the day on nuts and fruits and berries and then feast at night. Nothing more nothing less. Maybe i am taking the instructions to literally.
Also should i stick to nuts and fruits on the grazing part or are there more things i can eat?

Pardon my english. I am from Sweden and my spelling isnt always 100% Smiley

Info about me:
25 year old guy
5' 8.9"
152 lbs
My goal with this is to get healthier eating habbits and to loose some of the belly fat i have.

Thank you.

The reason for stage one is firstly to get you used to eating little during the day, and secondly to get you sick of eating junk food........when you get to stage 3 you can have breakfasts. When you have had enough of eating rubbish, then move onto stage 2.

Welcome to the tribe.

Another question. After the feast. Am i allowed to eat anything else? More nuts and berries and so forth or is it a no go after the feast?

Thanx

You should stop eating after your feast. Eat till your satisfied then quit.

Every Night
Feast on anything you want... and as much as you want! Eat only once though - don't have multiple meals. It doesn't matter what time you feast, you can feast at 1am if that suits you, anytime is fine - welcome to Caveman Power!
