I will officially start the caveman diet and paleo tomorrow with my wife.  We usually are up and down with our weight but do very well in the summers with our diet and exercise.  We have tried the Dr Ian diets and even south beach but the caveman will be lifestyle change.  I will be interacting with everyone on the forum and hopefully we will have similar success stories as you all.

Good luck to all other new cave people and those who have come before us!!

Best of luck to you too .... I'm sure you'll enjoy the Caveman lifestyle . If you need any help or advice, don't hesitate to ask, there's lots of knowledgeable folks kicking about on the forum, and will help where possible .

Day one went over smooth!!  I made it through the day with minimum cravings and not much pain.  I was surprisingly full throughout the day.  Thanks for all you guys warm welcome and I will be using all you guys through out my caveman journey.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
