Hi there,
I'm new to this site and will be starting off my new healthier life on Saturday (that's when i go grocery shopping lol Smiley). My new found want for health actually came from a book that I read called Eat Right For Your Type and it talks about how food effects people with different blood types differently and gives a wide rang of food options for each type - it was extremely interesting and I recommend it to anyone interested. I then saw the story about the caveman diet on ACA and the types of foods that were mentioned were almost identical to that of the diet for O blood types in this book hence my signing up to this site. I am supper keen to get started and finally get back down to my ideal weight - the best part is that after reading the above mentioned book and also the information on the caveman diet I can incorporate both into my new diet by eating the way the caveman diet suggest but with the foods advised in my book. I'm hoping that I shall soon be back to the stunner I was when I was 21 lol. Thanks so much for listening and reading and I hope to give and hear lots of feedback regarding this diet.

Cheers Jess84

Hi Jess,

Welcome to the Tribe   Cool

Keep in mind that throughout most of our (pre)history, ALL humans--of all blood types--followed the type of diet we recommend here.

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
