Everybody likes before/after pics. Here's one from last summer. Look like Santa   Here's one 2.5 months into Paleo lifestyle.  Above pic was in May and I've lost about 10 more lbs since it was taken. Next trip is Oct so I'll post a newer/improved version then  |
