 Angry

So its true the sweet preserved meat contains MSG.... So what to do about that.... well I have decided its being crossed off my list.

Pine nuts are on the bench this week along with walnuts.

No carbs, chips, chocolate ect.  for 15 days and feeling proud about it. (like I previously mentioned, consuming bread like I did now scares me)

I have discovered there are soo many nice tropical fruits available here in Queensland - Eating healthy is actually expensive
no wonder a quick filler of carbs or a Maccas run would plug a hole. Yet a half a kilo of prawns and a bunch of bananas costs the same amount and can last longer.

Any way  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes My friends are ashamed of me they criticize by saying I am trying to starve my self.... My neighbor is deliberately bringing me food.  I have not become obsessed with talking about the Cave Man Power discovery in actual fact  my husband told them and I can feel their vibrations have changed towards me because they have enjoyed supporting my fatness through giving me and sharing indulgent foods over the years.  Nevertheless, power on to the true heads.

What next....
increase my exercise gradually yet to a point of stability.  (BORING BORING BORING exercise)

1. Treadmill -  MOST BORING
2. General walking - takes too long
3. Group Fitness - The gym pesters you to join
4. swimming - requires a swim suit.... ike i have just started the CMPD thanks.
5. Yoga - ill begin here

booo-yaaa

Ah! I have often ran into this myself. I have been gluten-free for 4 years now and recently discovered scientist have known for years that ALL grains have gluten, not just wheat, rye, and barley. So other than my anger at the "system" and the "man" etc etc etc  Lips sealed There are some brands that do not contain MSG and within those brands there are only certain flavors. My mom is sending me some this week! (College Cavewoman need care package!!) I'll get back to you on the brand.

making your own beef jerky can be fun! Smiley  and you can do whatever flavor you like!

I agree with your exercise list haha but instead of yoga my start is weight lifting. Yoga requires that one be flexible and I am in NO WAY flexible.. its embarrassing but I cant even tough my toes!! I blame family genetics for my tight hamstrings..  Lips sealed

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
