Smiley  I am new to Caveman Power and live in Queensland, Australia.  Are any other Aussies in this forum to help with support, Aussie food, etc.  Thanks in advance.

Hi tonya,

I'm no Australian, but if the stenotype  is anything to go with... throw another shrimp, steak, kangaroo leg, on the barby..., then you'l have no problems on the caveman power plan! throw your veggies in there and you have a lifestyle worth living!

I'm from Edinburgh, Scotland and since finding caveman power and adopting the paleo lifestyle last October, i have never felt more fit healthy and alive.

Stick to the basic principles of as fresh as you can find and un-prossesed, then you cant go wrong!!

Personally i found that after stage 2 i gained a dislike for beer/ lager but still enjoy a couple of glasses of (aussie) red wine or highland malt of an evening with some dark chocolate with my wife which counts as my social life saying as we have a little cave girl to look after .

If its support your after, then you have a world wide network of technologically advanced paleolithic cave-people at your fingertips on this forum. even if, like me, you are not the most talkative of bloggers there is always a friendly regular, sometimes unwittingly, but always reassuringly motivating contributer online to help you on your way!

i cannot speak highly enough of this lifestyle and wish you and all other newcomers the best of health and fitness.

Dave

Thank you for your reply and insight Dave.  I have had a quick look around the forum and can see, like you mentioned, that there is alot of support from all around this globe of ours.  I look forward to improving my fitness and achieve lifestyle goals with Paleo this year.   Cheesy

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
