Glad to of found this site. Been trying this lifestyle on and off for a few years but never seem to be able to really commit to it 100% - why? Because I get sick of people telling me its wrong and all the scare tatics they use eg i'll only slow my metabolism and get fatter etc. I find it really difficult to stay strong during the day when people are eating in front of me too but my theory is you just have to sit tight and eventually you won't want to eat during the day.
So here I am - I've found a site with like minded people, my little sanctaury away from the negativity. I am going to do each stage and keep a type of blog thing here on how I am doing etc, don't fret I won't bore you with my ramblings every day

. I weight about 75kgs and i would like to lose my pregnancy weight plus the extra i was carrying, so about 59kgs. I am starting tomorrow on stage One.
I am not sure if it is allowed but am i able to drink things like coke zero and sugar free red bull during the day, maybe 1 or 2 a day?? And can i have coffee?
